Jeeda first began practicing yoga in order to obtain flexibility and strength. After consistent practice she discovered that yoga's benefits were far greater than anticipated. In addition to gaining mental clarity and confidence, yoga has improved her overall health and well being. Jeeda has taught yoga for over six years and is honored to be able to share her love for yoga with others. Her passion and genuine love for the practice is evident in her teaching.
