2-month minimum commitment required. Partial first month and last month due upon sign-up. 30 days notice required for cancellation. Monthly Recurring charge will be billed automatically to your credit card on the first day of each month. You may Freeze your membership once per calendar year. Minimum Freeze time is one month. Frozen memberships are $15 per month. If you cancel your Monthly Unlimited Membership, a $45 renewal fee will be charged if you wish to re-enroll in monthly recurring billing.
